Privacy notice

This notice describes exactly what happens to information you give VOLTWEBS through this website. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into the project enquiry form, and only when you press send:

• Your name and email address — so we can reply.
• Optionally your business name, the website type, a budget range and a timeline.
• The project description you write.

We do not ask for a postal address, identity documents, or payment details anywhere on this site.

What we do not do

• No analytics, no advertising pixels, no visitor tracking.
• No cookies are set by this website. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
• No selling, renting or sharing of your information for marketing.

How a submission is handled

The form posts to an endpoint on this site, which validates it and forwards it to the inbox VOLTWEBS uses for enquiries. The message is not stored in a public database. If that endpoint is unavailable, the website offers to open WhatsApp with your details pre-filled instead — in that case the message is sent by you, through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply.

Server logs record only a failure signal when forwarding fails. They do not contain your message.

Where it is processed

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which serves it from data centres worldwide and may process technical connection data (such as IP address) for security and abuse prevention, under Cloudflare's own terms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may therefore see your IP address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and ordinary business records afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp +965 6888 4200 and say what you would like done. We will act on it.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
